Hotel La Villa – Mombaruzzo

Originally a nobleman’s house, Hotel La Villa is a typical 17th Century Piemontese palazzo, which sits high amongst the beautiful rolling hills and vineyards of the Monferrato countryside.  It has superb views in every direction, framed by the snow topped Alps over 100km away.

Careful restructuring has returned La Villa to its former glory, and the resulting hotel is a delightful country retreat with stylish interiors and modern facilities.  The lounge and bar areas are cool and elegant and the extensive grounds have a panoramic swimming pool with sun bathing area, and plenty of space to relax with a drink and enjoy the splendid views.

The individually styled bedrooms are light and spacious and all have en-suite facilities, satellite TV, internet connections and mini bar. Our prices are based on accommodation in an Executive Room.

The hotel has a restaurant for those evenings when you don’t feel like venturing too far from the comforts of La Villa.

Run by an English couple, the atmosphere though thoroughly professional, is relaxed and friendly.

Wine Tasting and Cookery Courses can be organised, as well as truffle (tartufo) hunting excursions in season.

Mountain bikes are available free of charge.

A car is recommended for a stay here and private parking is available within the grounds.
