Alter Hotel

The 4 star Alter Hotel Barge is set in a peaceful location close to Saluzzo and the impressive Monviso mountains.  Originally a 19th century lace factory, the elegant hotel now combines heritage with stylish interiors and all modern day comforts.

The spacious public rooms are furnished in contemporary style and include pleasant bar and lounge areas, as well as an excellent bistrot restaurant and gardens.

The hotel features a collection of vintage Fiat and Lancia cars from the 1920s and 1930s, which can be visited by appointment.  Fun day excursions with either Vespa motor scooters or a classic Fiat 500 can be organised on request.

The Alter also offers a fitness area complete with Technogym equipment, Turkish bath and massage showers.

The stylish bedrooms are individually furnished and have private facilities, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, mini bar, satellite TV and WiFi.

Our prices are based on accommodation in the Deluxe Rooms.
