Flights

The most convenient airports for the Monterosa area are Turin Caselle for Champoluc and Gressoney, and Milan Malpensa for Alagna.

We will be pleased to assist with information on suitable flights.

Airport Transfers

For your convenience and comfort our holidays to Champoluc and Gressoney include private taxi transfers between Turin Caselle airport and the resorts.

Our Alagna holidays include private taxi transfers between Milan Malpensa airport and Alagna.

Travel plans are organised on an individual basis, and there is no waiting time at the airports.

If you are happy to wait for a shuttle transfer, hire a car or take public transport in order to reduce the cost of your holiday - we will be pleased to help with bookings, information and advice.

Public Transport

Train

There is a train service from central Turin to Pont San Martin (for Gressoney) and Verres (for Champoluc).  There are onward bus services to the resorts.

The closest train station to Alagna is Varallo, from where there is an onward bus service.

The Italian train web site http://www.trenitalia.com/ is very comprehensive and has an English language option.

Bus

For Gressoney and Champoluc - there is a limited bus service from Turin airport to Pont San Martin and Verres with the Savda bus company http://www.savda.it/  with onward services to the resorts.

Though Alagna can be reached by bus from Turin, Milan and Malpensa airport, the service is limited and changes are involved (Novara/Varallo).

Self Drive

Should you wish to drive to the resorts – just let us know and we can quote for your holiday without transport.  We will happily assist with directions.

The final stretches are on mountain roads – so don’t forget the snow chains!
