The village of La Thuile has a lovely historic centre and offers a good range of sporting and leisure facilities, which include a swimming pool, ice skating and climbing wall. The thermal spa baths in neighbouring Pre San Didier also offer a one-off experience – not to be missed!

La Thuile, though quiet, offers a number of informal bars, restaurants and pizzerias, and there are also plenty of good places to meet and eat on the mountain.
