Courmayeur – Mont Blanc Lift Passes

The Courmayeur lift pass covers all the lifts in Courmayeur and also allows for some skiing in neighbouring Aosta Valley resorts.  If you are planning to ski further afield – consider the Val d’Aosta or Mont Blanc Unlimited options.

Photographs are not required for the lift passes.

Courmayeur Local Pass

The Courmayeur local pass covers all the lifts in Courmayeur and a 6 day pass will also allow you two days skiing in neighbouring Aosta Valley resorts such as La Thuile, which is easily accessible by local ski bus.

The adult 6 day lift pass price for the 2009-10 season is €199
The child 6 day lift pass price for the 2009-10 season is €99.50

Val d’Aosta Pass

In addition to Courmayeur, the Aosta Valley pass covers all the neighbouring resorts in the Aosta Valley, some of which are accessible with public transport.

The adult 6 day lift pass price for the 2009-10 season is €205
The child 6 day lift pass price for the 2009-10 season is €102.50

Mont Blanc Unlimited Pass

The Montblanc Unlimited pass covers all the lifts in Courmayeur and Chamonix giving access to the descents on both the French and Italian sides of Mont Blanc. This is a suitable option for advanced skiers with transport.

The adult 6 day lift pass price for the 2009-10 season is €240
The child 6 day lift pass price for the 2009-10 season is €192

Children under 12 are entitled to the reduced rate passes, and children under 6 will receive a free pass (5 days or more) when purchased alongside an adult’s pass of the same duration.

Adults over 65 are also entitled to a reduced rate pass - please ask for details.

Please note that you will be asked for proof of age when purchasing reduced rate passes.

Hire Equipment

We organise your hire equipment with the best of the local suppliers and can offer some excellent prices.

Individual requirements vary – so please ask for a quote!

The hire shop has a deposit for equipment at the top of the cable car – so there is no need to take your equipment back into town at the end of the days skiing.

Skiing and Boarding

Giorgio will be organizing days out on the slopes during your stay, to ensure you see the best of the area in the safe hands of an English speaking, ISIA qualified ski instructor.  You can also arrange private lessons with him at your convenience.

Half a day of group guiding (min. 3 people) £35 per person.
Private ski or board lessons from £30 per hour for one person.

You may prefer to join the groups at the Courmayeur Monte Bianco Ski School, which offers a very high standard of tuition.  Group lessons take place in the mornings.

Group Ski Lessons (12 - 15 hours depending on the season) -  €182
Group Board lessons (10 hours) - from €135 to €156 depending on the season

Special classes are available for small children.

Alpine Guides are also available in Courmayeur for off piste descents.
