Rascard Frantze

The Rascard Franzte is a delightful chalet style hotel set in an idyllic Walser hamlet on the mountain side, above the village of Champoluc.

Dating from 1721, this sympathetically restored hotel is a typical example of the ancient 'rascard' farm houses found in the upper Ayas Valley, and offers a very comfortable, away from it all, mountain experience for those seeking a quieter holiday.

The charming guest bedrooms all offer en-suite facilities and are individually furnished in modern Alpine style.

The hotel is located just off the red piste from the top of the Crest gondola to Champoluc, and guests should be able to confidently ski a red run in order to stay at the Frantze.

Access on arrival will be via the Crest gondola and luggage is transported by skidoo from the top of the gondola.
