Resort Ski Facts
All levels of skier and boarder will feel that they have plenty to go at in the Monte Rosa area. The modern lift system links the three resorts of Champoluc, Gressoney and Alagna and offers some 180km of piste. The runs are long and exhilarating with spectacular views of the Monte Rosa chain of mountains. The beginners area, with moving carpet lifts, is found at the top of the village centre gondola.
There is plenty of high mountain off piste terrain as well as great potential for touring in spring. It is also high altitude, but just in case the snow doesn’t arrive there are approximately 220 snow cannons in the area!
